I understand the gap between achieving success and truly experiencing it.

I know what it takes to succeed—and how easily capable people can overlook what they already bring to the table while continually striving for more.

Why work with me

My clients’ progress matters deeply to me. It is why I work with only a small number of people—so that I can bring my full attention, honest challenge and consistent support to every coaching relationship. Their success is not simply how I measure my work; it is the reason I do it.

Aliki Papadopoulou, Business and Executive Coach

Together, we close the gap between what you have achieved and how you experience it—so you can recognise your value, trust yourself and build a life that reflects your success in every area.

Aliki Papadopoulou — Executive & Business Coach | Fellow Chartered Accountant

I am an Executive & Business Coach, a Fellow Chartered Accountant and an HRDA-certified vocational trainer, with a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester.

Before becoming a coach, I spent nearly five years at PwC and fifteen years in corporate banking before establishing my own consultancy practice. This background allows me to understand the demands, responsibilities and internal pressures experienced by professionals, leaders, managers and business owners.

Since 2017, I have delivered personalised one-to-one coaching, group coaching, seminars and corporate training. This work has strengthened my ability to recognise underlying patterns quickly, bring the real issue to the surface and turn insight into practical, sustainable change.

A commitment to continuous development

Continuous professional development has always been central to my work. As a Fellow Chartered Accountant, I am required by my professional bodies to maintain and develop my professional competence. I bring that same discipline to coaching—continually examining new thinking, deepening my knowledge and refining my coaching programmes.

For you, this means focused, efficient coaching that gets to the heart of what is holding you back, helps you overcome barriers and move beyond what previously felt possible.

I am also a mentor on the University of Manchester Gold Mentoring Programme. I have completed several Tony Robbins programmes and received 18 months of one-to-one coaching from a member of his coaching team.

Beyond my professional roles, I have been married since 2002 and am a mother of two teenagers, a friend and an animal lover. I bring practical thinking, empathy, honesty and genuine care to every coaching relationship.

If your achievements are more visible to others than they feel to you, continuing to push harder may only widen the gap—and cost more of your time, health and relationships.
